Considering that you had your surgery only 2 months back, I would suggest to focus on knee and quadraceps strengthening for another 2 to 3 months. You can take up cycling if interested. Racquet games demand cutting edge movement and would be ideal to get into it after 5 months post rehab, though it may differ on a case to case basis. Again strenuous pedaling like mountain biking, climbing steep slope should be gradually taken up.

I had ACL reconstruction surgery 2 months ago. Hamstring graft.
I was a very active sports orientated individual.
Sadly i know i wont be playing football untill 2013
I was feeling confident in playing a non contact sport now, For example table tennis.
Would i have any potential complications if i started playing table tennis.
