Need more info. Please.. on Hoffas disease, synovitis..

My name is Shruti , I am 27 years old and have already undergone twice orthroscopic surgery , in the first they had to scoop some of the worn out cartilage it gave me some relief but used to have pain after long walks and hicking!! some 9 months back got severe pain , sweling, tenderness in the knee joint , later os ordered to get the MRI done, got to know some meniscal damage and fluid accumulation in the joint..
THey had to do a scopy again to fix the meniscus and get the liquid out, also there was the fat pad which had gone wrong and they had to remove it too..

The os said it's looking fine after 2 months of surgery, but lately I have been having the pain again and wanted to get more info about the hoffas disease, synovitis as the biopsy slide said that i have hoffa and synovitis when tested after the surgery was done..

Need to know what else can be done to get rid of this pain and will help me to be normal as possible??
