hey. I'm new to this forum. It's great that I found it, because I have some questions to ask.

I tore my ACL in late February and it was reconstructed may 14th, so it's 10.5 weeks (2.5 months) after the reconstruction. I started walking (limping) a month after the reconstruction and it still felt unstable.
Now I feel much better, i walk without limping (it still feels strange in my knee though). I visited my doctor a month ago, he said everything alright and also said that I can try to begin running when 3 months after reconstruction passed..

But the thing which makes me worry. When I push my calf muscles forwards, calf bone is moving, almost exactly as it did before the reconstruction... Does anybody had similar situations (when you started running? was it a run with limping?).. Sorry for my english... hope to get some answers..

Later.
