I had both knees done with a unispacer the right veered off to the right in the right knee and SNOW plowed my bone and the left the pain was sooooo bad I had to have both knees replaced does anyone know of a recall on unispacers?

I had the Unispacer put in 13 months ago. I can honestly say, my knee hurts as bad as it did before the surgery. I have tried doing some higher intensity exercise (tennis and light jogging). It feels like a rock in my knee. Not good. Thought you should know.
