Should she stop the treatment or not?

Hello everyone, my sister has been on Dipentum since one week but recently, two days earlier, she has started to feel tiredness, headache and nausea . I tried to do a search to see if these are side effects of Dipentum and on http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s3444-s-DIPENTUM.aspx that :
The common side effects of Dipentum that may go away during treatment, include abdominal pain, cramps, or nausea.
Nausea is a side effect but there is nothing written on headache and tiredness??Are these side effects too??Should she stop the treatment??
