Yes a funny gait can lead to back pain/ problems...

I limp a bit and have an odd gait and have been told that this can lead to problems with my other leg, both hips, back etc etc...

Sorry to hear about your problems I know how sucky it can be...

I have floating knee caps (first causing pain about 5 years ago)...and I do occasionally limp. Recently I was diagnosed with two bulging discs in my lower spine. It's odd because I'm only 24, and haven't been in any major accidents.

So I just wondered if the way I occasionally walk crooked would contribute to my back getting to be a bit crooked.

thanks.
