osteoarthritis

had opp on knee september 5th 2003 was told have arthritis grade four i am in a worse state now than i was before opp lot of pain not much movment to knee i work as a cook do you think i will ever be able to go back to this sort of work cannot bend with out pain and knee lock i am worried off some think happenning while working in the kitchen.
