Hi, I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and the xray and MRI have shown bone spurs in both shoulders. I have had cortisone shots in both shoulders, has helped with the pain in the left shoulder but not the right. I have gone through PT with both shoulder--no help--they got better for a little while but now that the weather is getting colder and more rain, my shoulder ache and hurt daily. Have been to 2 Orthopods, both say there is nothing I can do except take anti-inflammitories--which lead to my next problem--when I take them I blow up like a balloon, my regular doctor has told me not to ever take them again. I feel like I am out of options. I wish I could find a doctor that would do something about the pain!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 2 years I am sick of it, but the doctors won't do anything to help me.
