Hi: I've been researching this. Check the Arthritis Foundation website out, however, if you would like to call your branch, do so, I have a call into mine on just these matters. Also, I've heard and not sure but not all gluco/choin. tablets are really what they say. You have to make sure it says something like USP on the bottle. Also, I heard that people with diabetes or watching sugar level have to be careful not to take supplements that add a lot more sugar to their system. All heresay!

I saw an narticle on www.arthritisdaily.com that says that glucosmine has not been proven to be effective for osteoarthritis. I was surprised by this. Any thoughts?
