Do I need surgery?
MRI#1: Prominent tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with extrusion of the body segment and with moderate medial femoral condylar articular cartilaginous thinning.
MRI#2: Tear seen within medial meniscus spanning from body to posterior horn with horizontal and undersurface oblique components with prominent meniscal extrusion into the medial gutter. Accompanying diffuse regions of moderate chondromalacia within the medial femoral condyle without focal high grade chondral defect, no subjacent marrow edema.
