In reply to that meniscus, I have had a meniscus transplant done 5 years ago and i think once you have knee trouble it doesnt go away but it did seem to help the pain some but because i had one knee down my once good knee took all the wear and tear from the bad one and now its hurting like heck and i have to have it fixed now. I think with Knee and Back trouble once you have them your stuck with them.....

it's probably CMI http://www.menaflex.com/splash.php

I'm going to have the same operation.
But I can't find opinion about CMI from ppl who already had that kind of operation..

Say I get my acl surgery and have my cartilage repaired using the newer techniques now. I still have a torn meniscus. I'm sure how bad it is but since I'm not likely able to get this fixed what kind of results can I expect with acl reconstruction? I know my knee will be stabilized due to the acl surgery but what about my meniscus problem?
