Well, I suffered a knee injury about a year ago (Terrible Triad) where I required surgery (Artho) to repair a torn ACL, meniscus, Partially torn MCL. I had the surgery done four months ago and everything is progressing nicely with one exception. The repair to my MCL. The injury stretched my MCL and the surgeon tightened it back up with staples. However, after three monrths post-op I still have quite a bit of laxity. You can open my left knee up (just as pre-Artho). My question is given I play goalkeeper and all my movements are laterally. I have three options. 1) Is their any braces out there that would stabalize my MCL (magic potion) or 2) should I have it reconstructed with a cadavers MCL. 3) try Porlotherapy as a method of treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jose
