You might have some nerve damage. The LCL attaches to the fibular head which has nerves that pass over it.

On April 15th 2003 I had a knee injury and was diagnosis with MRI finding that there is rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, mild increased signal and thickening noted in the prximal portion of the posterior cruciate ligament compatible with a sprain, a mild joint effusion and synovitis, tear of the lateral collateral ligament proximally and in the patello-femoral compartment mild chondrol thinning and fraying is noted in the patellar cartilage. After much reasearched made and reading through Knee1 information I have decided to for a surgery and it is schedule for August 12th 2003. The question I have upon writing this is to know, why do I have the feel of coldness on my effected leg and feeling of cold liquid flowing within my effected knee.
