I still have the same pain debiliitating I had after surgery lateral side below the knee. I suspect the replacement doesn't fit me well when I walk. I can feel the lateral condyle of the replacement with my hand when I straighten the knee. It seems to bump in to the soft tissues that live there. The part of the walk when I pull my leg forward is what gets painful. I've had two other surgeries to try and solve the problem but nothing has helped. Anyone have a replacement that didn't fit right and made the soft tissues sore? I've seen many docs as my x-rays and other tests seem normal. The femor compartment does hang over on the lateral side 2 mm. So far all surgeons are reluctant to revise the knee as they aren't sure that will get rid of my pain. However, I am pretty much immobile using wheel chair and crutches so I don't know how life can be much worse. Would appreciate any input. Thanks, lizbet
