Are you an athlete? Also, have you seen a physical therapist? Many people are able to play sports and exercise even with jumper's knee, but sometimes an injury, such as a Grade 4, is too severe.

Hi all i've been diagnosed with jumper's knee about 2 years ago and still to this day i still have it. I tried a ton of knee exercises and knee stretches from the site and yet i still have it. I've tried foam rollers, knee braces and everything and it all helps ease and relieve the pain but it never completely heals it.

Its reached to the point where it feels like the patella tendon on my left knee feels like its degenerating and shrinking compared to my right. I'm not sure what to do and the doctors just say play less sports, they won't even let me get an MRI!
