It is quite possible that you chipped your knee or did some other kind of damage to your knee cap. The incident happened a year ago, but when did the pain start? Do you remember having a weird feeling in your knees when the incident occured? I suggest that you should go see the doctor and figure out what's going on with you knee. If you don't do anything about it, then you knee will just get worst.

Hello-
A year a ago while moving furniture I hit my knee pretty hard. I never really noticed any pain until somone touched the corner of my knee. It felt like they were hitting a nerve and it was really uncomfortable. Is there any solution to this weird issue?
