How about putting on a knee brace until you seek a doctor or get an MRI? You can easily find one at a CVS or grocery store. That should help ease any mild pain from walking in the future.

i highly recommend you get an MRI done, so you dont damage it even more if it is something serious.

Hello,
Experienced a small "pop" in my left knee recently when knee was bent and in the process of standing up. I've experienced no swelling or significant pain, but I have felt some occassional, mild discomfort and weakness over the last two days since injury. Flexibility seems normal. Never had a serious knee injury before.
Any suggestions? I'm just resting it and assuming this is a mild cartiladge/meniscus issue that will not likely require surgery.
