yea its briused i have the same thing rest and try not do do any activities that hurt i didnt do that and now im feeling the effects usually takes 6-12 months to heal

I hit my knee on something and my knee is swollen. When I walk and bend it, it has a little pain. Is it posible it is just bruised? What should I do?
