I tore my ACL [RIFHT] about 9 years ago from a skiing accident and soon after that I had an ACL reconstruction surgery. The surgery was less than successful and I have a knee that is slightly bent. I am having severe back pain and now my left knee is hurting quite a bit as well. I believe my left knee has been compensating and perhaps hyper extending.

I would like to reconsider doing the ACL reconstruction surgery over again to get a higher degree of flexion. Does anybody have any experience with this scenario? If so, please share your experience and any recommendations you may have for me.

Thanks
