missed a step, fell down some stairs, i heard 2 pops and then my knee crumbled. Swelled up a few mintues after the injury. Could barely move it the first few days after, barely walk.... 4 days later , which is today, ive kept a tight bandage around it. Swelling is down to barely none, i can extend it outward, almost to full quad flex, but it hurts if i try to bend it any further than a standard sitting position. At rest, the knee cap feels like it so much looser , an able to push it back and forth. And when i try to put some weight on it, it feels like it could just blow out...... but it has gotten a bit better over the last few days. So anyone have any advice on what i should do. ( and dont say learn how to make paragrapfs
