It's no longer floating on top of the patella. I pushed it back under the patella were it came from. A physical therapist compaired my 2 knees and she said the right knee is just slightly swollen. The right patella was also tilted a little she said.

I have no health insurance so I cannot pay a doctor thousnads of dollars to look at my knee for 2 minutes.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!! You don't want to mess with your knees. If there is something floating around in there it could do more structural damage than there already might be. Trust me.

During a yoga class last week something popped out of my knee during a strong quad stretch. During the stretch the top of my feet and shin bones were laying on the floor while I layed backwards. There was no pain associated with it, just a twitchinng feeling. I didn't know something poppped out of my knee until later that night. It was laying on the top side of my knee cap the size of silver a dollar. It had a jelly-like feeling.

I have no health insurance so I had no idea what to do. The next morning the yoga instructor advised me to push it back under the patella. That was not easy. I had to use quite a lot of force to get it back under the knee cap. Since then I have had swelling and pain on only on the inside or bottom of the patella. I have iced it on and off all day and also used the Sonic Ultrasound.

The yoga instructor and gym owner said it was most likely cartilage that popped out. Someone else said it might of been the tendon to my inner quad muscle?
