I haven't heard of those before, but I'm really curious about how well they're working out for your friend. I just bought a different kind of insole last week and am deciding how I feel about it. I've honestly always been more worried that I'll accidentally injure myself while exercising then that I won't be healthy because I don't exercise. That fear has stalled many exercise programs in the past, and I'm trying to get past it this time round.

A friend of mine recently bought a new type of insoles for her running shoes. Though I am a bit sceptical I am wondering if any of you tried these insoles in any shoes/for any sport before? Would also be nice to get feedback from an expert in the orthopedic shoe field.

The link to the company is here, but they online sell online or at events I was told.
