Im 30 years old & was involved in a car crash 2 months ago and damaged my knee, the surgon said i have the arthroscopy showed severely damaged medial meniscal cartilage with multiple loose cartilaginous bodies in the joint space (several were removed) and medial traumatic synovial plica in the suprapatellar pouch with associated traumatic synovitis (the plica was excised)the doctor has told me i cannot play basketball or jog anymore and am restricted to swimming & bike riding only. Do you know of any research that has been done that could fix my knee, assist me in returning to a normal sporting and active life, be pain free and able to walk properly again please !!!!
