I twisted my right knee skiing 5 days ago, injuring my MCL & PCL, (grade 1-2), and possibly some medial meniscus damage. Swelling is nearly gone, and I am starting to excercise it lightly as begining rehab. Are there dietary measures I can take to speed rehab, eg. foods to eat/avoid, vitamin or mineral supplements, Glucosamine/Chondroytin, herbal products (eg. Ligatend)?
