Approximately 4 weeks ago, I fell off of a roof (15 feet) and landed on my right knee. There was substantial bruising on the inside of my knee and a lot of swelling. The I saw two doctors over the last month concerning the injuring. There was also a lot of swelling over the Patella, and a tight, burning sensation on the inside of my knee. The first doctor said that my patella had two micro-cracks. Two weeks later, the second doctor looked at the original xrays and a second set and said that there was never any cracks. However, she said that there was damage to my quads tendon. Now, I am able to walk fine and there is minimal pain, however, there is still swelling, and I can feel a ridge of tissue running along the top of my patella. It feels like it is severed. What do you think?
