I am 62 and got thrown off the back of a golf cart at full speed into a concrete curb on my upper right arm. Lots of rotator cuff, labra, long head biceps damage. However, the deltoid is not firing due to axillary nerve damage. I am being told most injuries repair themselves but I have read that it may be completely transected due to the severity of the fall. Is there anyone out there who has had axillary nerve surgery?
