Sry, just re-read your post, and see it's been four YEARS since your TKR. I initially read that as four WEEKS. I don't know if rehab would help at this point, but I'd definitely talk to the dr.

If you're not already doing rehab/PT, you should. That will greatly increase ROM, and you should be riding a stationary bike in no time.

I had a total knee replacement four years ago. I miss being able to ride a bicycle outside because of limited range of motion. Does anyone know of any bikes made for people with our special needs.
