Hello, I suffered from a patella dislocation about a 9 days ago. It was in my right leg and it was really out of place, maybe some 70ยบ out of place. I went to the hospital, I took some x-rays and all the normal procedure.
The Doctor put my patella back on place, but she didn't talk too much and I didn't understood well how to do in the recovery period. I have to go back in the 26th of this month to check.
She told me that after 5 days I coul put my feet in the ground. I'm with crutches(those 2 auxiliary legs, this was the translation that I found in the net, but I think you already understood what i'm talking about).
But I didn't understood what she really meant with that. So my question is:
I can put my feet in the ground but it's not good to do it , and Im must remain as quiet as possible???
I should put my feet in the ground and try to walk and do some more movements, than to be in bed all day??? like starting to walk for example.

I hope you undestood my question and sorry for my bad/not so good english. I'm really tired of being quiet and laied down in bed almost all day.
Thank you very much
Ricardo
