I dislocated my knee 3 days ago, and compared to past times (which last time was about 6 years ago, did it 4 times over 5 years), the swelling and overall feeling is much better. I did physical therapy for a year and have done a lot of muscle building in my quads and hamstrings. This time when it went out, I don't think it went as far, and went back in almost immediately (I am hoping cause the muscles were tighter?). Biggest problem is that I have a wedding where I am a groomsmen in 2 weeks. Wearing my good old knee brace, does anyone think this is possible or a good idea? (Not to mention a job interview the same week).
