I am 18 years old, and I have dislocated my knee 21 times. I have not gotten surgery because parents are against it, and recovery chances are very low. I am going to the gym and working my knee out, specifically the one work out where I tie a brace around my ankle, hook it to weights and pull my right leg towards my left leg. I do feel my inside muscle being worked out, but every time i take my knee back to starting position I feel my knee jiggilling and almost comming out again. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how I can take care of this problem and be able to play sports once again?
