I am waiting for my TTT that I am having in 8 weeks. For the last two months I have been in pain to where it hurt to walk at times. Luckily that pain is fading away to where I can now go up and down stairs with little assistance from the railing. Unfortuntaely I have had to give up martial arts and am unable to rollerblade when the weather is nice. I am just now able to ride my stationary bike. Not being able to move and work-out has caused me to lose muscle mass and I am now looking flabbier than before - gone are the beginnings of seeing my ab muscles and I can feel my rear jiggling more than before. I know over all I will be able to get back in shape after the surgery, but it is getting past the next two months first that is my challenge. To get through it I am starting to ride my stationary bike and do some leg lifts, but it seems so little to me.
