I have a 2nd degree tear of my MCL which I received playing hockey. I have been receiving ultrasound treatments from my physiotherapist, and have been doing some strength exercises in the gym. (Leg curls, leg extensions, etc). It is going on 6 weeks of this. I know I am not ready to return to the ice, however, I would like to know what kind of exercises can I start doing to increase the intensity of my rehab.
