I am 25 and just tore my MCL playing hockey (about a Grade III) the physiotherapist said. I am a bit concerned about it because I have never had an injury quite this debilitating. My question is, what is the best possible thing for me to do to recover from this injury? And what are some good exercises to strengthen my knee when at the point to do so? I just want to do it right the first time, so that I am not writing you again in 6 months. Thanks!
