I have been diagnosed with chondromalacia for a long period of time, it simmered down to return in August of last year with such severity that I ended up in the emergency room, I have been shipped overseas to kuwait I now my knee pain is constant every day non ending, I do not wish to take the naproxen that they gave me twice a day everyday, it is far to strong, but the pain is becoming relentless and very uncomfortable, any recommendations at this point, I am still active in the gym but tend to stay away from activities that add pain to my hurting knee already.
