Thanks for your reply... I'm now one month post-op and strained a ligament in the same knee doing yoga. Swelling is back and finally going down again after a week. Your right about taking it easy, no more pigeon poses for me

Hi, I am two weeks post-op and slowely getting back to yoga. Certain poses are tough on my knees, but seem to be better every class. I've been listening to my knee and not pushing too hard. Does anyone know how long before I can start doing more intense/power yoga and not have pain? Thanks, Angela.
