hi, my name is Lyndsey, and im 15. Since i was 3-4 i have had issues with my knees, constantly dislocating. All the doctors i went to told me to do exercises and that would help, but it hasnt and It stil happens several times a week. It is terribly painful, and i feel like no one ever believes me, when i tell them the severity of it. When i am in Pe, it will dislocate, and the teachers dont believe me and im made to run the very next day, which gives my knee no time to heal, and then i just keep damaging it more.

I have a knee Brace, but i doesnt help, b.c both knees do it, and i cant do the things i enjoy most with out constantly worrying about that happening.

As a result of my knee dislocating while i was running, i fell, broke my foot, and sprained my rist. So as you can see this is effecting me in more ways than just my knees.

I have recently had my second run in with Mononucleosis, and i believe that, that is not the main source of my problems.

I think, after careful research that i have ESD. I dont remember the full name of esd currently but i know, that it effects your cartlidge and tendons and muscles, and skin. and my doctors have told me that i have floating knee caps, and that the tissue (cartlidge) that is supposed to hold my knee caps in place is missing, which in one of the main signs of ESD,( not having the genes to produce enough Cartligde and ligaments to hold bones and joints in the proper place, if you have ne input or suggestions on this let me know.

thanks
lyndsey
