Please Help

I have recently been diagnosed with a bakers cyst and they mentioned a small tear. The first doc actually only sawe the PA and he did a shot it heled awhile. When to better doc he did MRI and the first shot wore off. I cannot believe the pain. The dumb knee brace will not stay on. I am afraid the pool therepy will hurt more. Does it hurt this bad. It gets worse after sitting or sleeping walking hurts down the calf too. Please any advice. I am miserable
