I had an ACL reconstruction over 20 years ago. At that time, my lateral meniscus was completely removed as well. I have since developed a hole in the lateral condyle of the femur because of the bone-on-bone situation. I'm usually pain free, unless I try to run. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Two surgeries to try to scrape the bone down and form a protective callous-like substance haven't really worked. Thanks.
