Hi any help would be welcomed.

I injuryed my knee in octocber last year playing football (soccer) they said i had torn my cartliage and needed an op on it so had my in november. While doing this op they found had done my ligament in and they removed most of it just over 2/3 of it. we tried to get that srong enough so i would need an acl recon but it failed and i had the recon on the 27th of feb.

I still get some pains in my knee where the carliage was when do some exercises is this normal?

Also has any got this problem when i am sitting down after a while i start getting pains in my knee which build and build until i can't stand it anymore and have to stand but sometimes this can be a problem when i am driving. I get the pain in my knee hum if you were sitting down it like where your knee starts to bend.

How long before everyone was back doing sports i play soccer and i am a martial artist too so want to get back to these two sports?

Jules
