Lud05 - Did PT help? Did you anysort of surgery? I have cartilage damage and was recently told that surgery and DeNovo could help rebuild cartilage. Have you looked into this?

I am 24 yrs old and I have no cartilage left in my right knee. I am basically unable to do anything active (running, bike, swimming, even). I have pain with daily activities. I am doing PT, but so far I am not seeing any results. Doc said there is nothing he can do, and it is only going to get worse until I have a knee replacement (which he said they will not do for at least 10 yrs). Has anyone had a similar issue??? What to do???
