i am 21/m .. My knees produce strange Sounds when i get up from squating position .. and they do this sounds every time i get up even if i repeat doing geting up several times .. i didn`t have any accidents before .. (about sports and action .. i am not this bad) .. but i don`t drink milk frequently ..once ot twice a month ..
