I don't know if this helps but check out this company http://www.biotissue-tec.com

I am not associated with them but I think that this is what my OS wants to do. You already have the frozen cells for cultivation go talk to them.

4 years ago I blew of my knee skiing. I blew out the ACL, the medial meniscus, the lateral meniscus, and I created a 3cm defect on my femoral chondyle. When I had my initial MRI the doctor could only tell that I had a torn meniscus and ACL. When I came to after surgery he explained to me the severity of my injury and also explained to be he did a microfracure surgury. Because of the Microfracture I was non weightbearing for 3 months, therefor I felt limited in the my recovery of the acl and hamstring that was used to replace the acl. For the next ten months my knee was locked and I had a horrible limp. I then went and saw Doctor Gersoff about carticle. I did the Biopsy but when I came to He said he felt as though I should have a mensicus transplant along with the carticel. So I waited 7 months and there was still no match. At this point I was working On my feet again because I had to earn a living. My back was starting to go along with my hips and my whole body was in chronic pain. I decided to move from Colorado to Hawaii. I have been in Hawaii for the last 2 1/2 years. I was tired of all doctors and physical therapy so I dedicated myself to more holesitc therapy. I began Bikrim yoga. I have releaved my self of most of the chronic pain and I can now straighten my knee. I do not have a noticeable limp but I am still not "right". My joint still locks on me and it does not function properly. I have no lateral motion. ( To back track I was a very active person before this all happened. It happened when I was 26. I grew up as an athlete. I was living in a ski town when I blew out my knee. I was and avid skiier and runner. ) I feel alot healthier now and I moving to montana in two months. I found a doctor in Whitefish who does carticel. He actually called me back, which was a good sign. I also found out that they still have my fozen cells from the carticel biopsy frozen. I am thinking about doing the surgery. But I don't know if it will help. Also there is the issue with the mensiscus match that they never found for me. Is this just they way my knee is now? I am 30 years old now. I can't even play recreational softball. I do manage to ride my bike alot, and hike. But I just don't feel right. Can anyone relate? Any thoughts?
