I am 6 weeks post op and recovering. I'm also 46. If you are too old, it may more an issue of insurance than effectiveness. The most important thing is to get a good doctor with lots of experience and success.

I'm 63 years old and in very good health except for spontaneous osteonarcosis. Tell me I'm not too old for cartilage repair.
