Rehab

Thanks. I had the surgery about 7 weeks ago. I am doing pretty good. I have alot of restrictions on what I can and can not do. I have developed a little problem with swelling but we think it is just from moving to quickly in high ranges of bending. So far so good though

Hi I have finally gotten approved to have surgery from my insurance company thank god. I have a hole in the back of my knee cap which they are going to be filling in with cartalige. I was wondering if anyone has had this procedure and how the rehab went. I wanted to know what to expect. I have had two major surgeriesand the two smaller ones before so I am no stranger to surgery. Any info would be helpful. Thank You
