I am 1 and 1/2 year after my aci and still have pain. Could you please tell me what you did and how your knee feels, is your knee still in pain?

Can anyone provide some insight on the "clean-up" arthroscopy required by cartilege over-growth? I'm 12+ months past the ACI surgery and I am having increasing problems with joint "popping" and catching, and I feel increasing pressure under the kneecap. I'm also having sporatic, but increasingly frequent pains in the joint. I presume its due to overgrowth. I am seeing my doctor soon, but would appreciate hearing from patients who have undergone the follow-up procedure. Was it effective? Thanks.
