post op 2 months ago

I had the arthroscopy done 2 months ago, had torn carlidge,torn ligaments ( doc didnt say which ones though ) bone fragments and arthor. I was doing good for the first month, staying off the knee or if i had to walk i would use my cane. and after the first month went by I started to notice that my ( R ) knee was starting to get swollen I would put ice on it but then it would ache so I started to take IB profen for the inflammation . it got so bad that I had to go in and get a shot of cortazone that was about a week ago and now the pain is so intolerable, Im having a really hard time putting any pressure on the knee and when i do its a sharp stabing pain and I got the clicking once again. I try telling this to the surgeon who did this work on me but this man just doesnt want to listen. I dont think I can bare another day with this pain and I also notice its also around the thigh area also and into the hip. any suggestions????
