Hi,

I had a lateral release and bone spurs removed on Nov 20th. I can definately feel my strength improving and I am off of the major pain killers. My question is, how long will it be before I should expect to be able to walk without crutches, drive and return to work (lots of running around, but I do sit often at work)? I was told just a week originally (which clearly is not true) but the pre-op nurse told me about 4 weeks. What have your experiences been?
