very painful knees

hi all i am new to this site and i could do with so advise if anyone can pls i have been suffering with knee pain for quite a few years now i have been pushed back and forth from the doctors to the hospitals and back again i have taken that many different pain killers and they just dont work i have had the camera in my knee and they still carnt find anything wrong i now attend the pain managament clinic to be given more pain killers anyway since having the camera in my knees swell and i have been gettin lumps on my knee cap and they are spreading they are really painful and yes i now im a whimp i cry with the pain the lumps have now started appearing on the back of my knees it feels like that they go right through has or is anyone going through the same can anyone help
