to start off I would like to mention that I’ve had an ACL reconstruction 3 months from now and it seems that im doing good day after day as my PT is telling me. A week ago I was exercising my knee and I started running slowly for a while then I thought of running a bit faster with a longer step and once I took a long step I got a really bad pain in the bak of my knee and couldn’t keep going, so I stopped and I walked slowly and sat down for a bit to relax myself then I went home and when I tried to go up the stairs I really had a pain too. I’m walking normally without a problem but I only get a pain when I start walking fast now and when I take a long step and even when I go up or down the stairs. It would be really appreciated if anyone here tells me about this problem or if anyone have experienced this kind of pain or something similar to my problem. Is it really a big problem? And I feel it’s getting better since I been relaxing myself all this week and I haven’t done any exercises. I would really like to know if I might have slightly injured my ACL again? I have an appt. with my dr. in 7 weeks and he’s too busy to see me right now.
