I injured my knee 3 weeks ago playing football. I jumped to catch the ball and came down with my left leg straight down and when I landed it kinda bent inward. The swelling is gone and I can walk and run normally but I can't close my knee all the way without some pain and I can't squat at all on my tip-toes, only flat-footed. What is still wrong. Also, when I do try to squat it hurts on the outside of my knee but more below my knee down toward my calf.
